My advice is completely free of charge for you as the buyer, the developer pays the commission. Construction started in the third quarter of 2025, completion is planned for the first quarter of 2029.

Once Wongamat sits in Naklua, the upscale north of Pattaya, right on Pattaya-Naklua Road and opposite Terminal 21. This location combines a quiet, high-end residential setting with short distances to shopping, beaches and restaurants.
Terminal 21 and Central Marina are within walking distance, Pattaya Beach is around 500 metres away, the quieter Wongamat Beach a little further north. Five-star hotels and fine restaurants define the immediate neighbourhood.
