How do I calculate the rental yield of an apartment in Pattaya?
Gross yield = annual rent ÷ purchase price. For the net yield, subtract the ongoing costs – for a well-managed condo, roughly two months’ rent per year (management + letting). In Pattaya, around 6–8 % gross is realistic.
What does the off-plan advantage mean?
