Since early 2018 I have lived and worked right here in Pattaya, as an English-speaking real-estate agent with 15 years of industry experience. Honest advice, real market knowledge, personal guidance, 0 € buyer commission. As "Der Pattaya Makler" I am the German- and English-speaking property agent for new-build and off-plan condominiums in Pattaya and Jomtien.

From Germany to
Pattaya, why I stayed
In 2016 I came to Pattaya for the first time. What I found surprised me.
No clichés, no outdated image from the 90s. Instead: a city on the rise. Modern condominiums, a growing international community, infrastructure at a level many people don't expect. And a real-estate market with potential that I recognised right away.
As an agent with many years of experience in Germany, I knew: this is a real opportunity.
In early 2018 I emigrated. Not because it was the easy path, but because I have always believed that you have to seize opportunities when they arise.
Today I live with my daughter, who was born here in 2019, in Bangsaray south of Pattaya. I know the neighbourhoods not from brochures, but from everyday life. I know the developers personally. I view projects before they go public. And I'll tell you openly when something doesn't meet my standards, even if it costs me a commission.
In more than 8 years on the ground I have advised more than 500 international prospective buyers. Every case was different. But one thing always stayed the same: my goal was never the quick deal. My goal was the right decision for the person who put their trust in me.
I love Pattaya not because it's perfect. I love Pattaya because it's real. I don't sell illusions.

The team covers everything that calls for local, Thai-language expertise: communication with developers and building managements in Thai, appointments with authorities and the Land Office, unit preparation and the service around handover. You get both: one consistent advisor in your language, and an established local team covering the Thai side. Out of respect for their privacy, we do not introduce the team members by name.
