The project
Zensiri Residences Jomtien is a quiet low-rise development with just 126 apartments in two seven-storey buildings, set in generous landscaped gardens with three saltwater pools. The architecture is tropical modern: timber louvres, deep covered balconies, pitched roofs and planting along the facade. At 104 to 134 square metres the apartments are considerably larger than is usual for new builds in Pattaya and are aimed at couples and families who live here permanently or spend longer periods in Thailand. Zensiri Residences is part of the wider Zensiri Estate & Residences site, which also includes 26 private pool villas.

The developer – ESS Developments
ESS Developments has been building residential projects on Thailand's Eastern Seaboard for more than five years and brings over 20 years of experience in the Thai construction and real estate sector. Previous projects include Serenity Villas Jomtien with 27 pool villas, the 56-unit Serenity Residence Jomtien and 25 luxury pool villas known as Zensiri Midtown Villas. A further pool villa project with 15 plots is currently under construction in Klong Prao on Koh Chang.
