Project Exposé · Der Pattaya Makler
A theme-based resort condominium modelled on the Brazilian carnival: the four residential towers bear the names of Brazilian cities (Rio, Brasilia, São Paulo, Salvador) and the whole project is staged around a generous tropical water-park landscape (lagoon pools, Lazy River, water slides, waterfall). The concept idea is "resort living with a water park" - living as if on a permanent holiday, about one kilometre from Jomtien Beach: a self-contained holiday and lifestyle world with extensive leisure, wellness and entertainment facilities, combining high-rise and low-rise buildings around a central clubhouse area. The target audience is holiday-home buyers and investors with rental intent who want to combine walking distance to Jomtien Beach with comprehensive on-site facilities.
