The project
LOVE IT Wongamat Beach positions itself as a wellness-centric luxury condominium in resort-hotel style – marketed as "the most wellness-oriented luxury condominium Pattaya has ever seen". The development is conceived as a low-rise resort combining nature and luxury, with a striking heart-shaped plot layout and heart-shaped garden landscape complete with a waterfall feature. At its centre are extensive wellness and lifestyle facilities (onsen, spa, ice bath, yoga, infinity pool with sea view, resort-style lagoon pool) as well as a hotel-lobby experience. The official launch (sales start) takes place on 18 May 2026; construction completion is planned for 2030. The developer – Global Top Group (Chaithanin Co., Ltd.)
Global Top Group is an established developer in Pattaya, promoting more than 40 years of experience in construction and real-estate development. Company history: in 2005, Mr. Yigal Honah Heli launched a joint venture with Shining Light Business Co., Ltd. and began construction of the City Garden Pattaya project; in 2012, Global Top Group Co., Ltd. was formally founded as the parent/central management entity; in 2018, Marina Golden Bay Victoria Co., Ltd. was created for the project of the same name; in 2024, Chaithanin Co., Ltd. was restructured into a branding company (in preparation for an IPO on the Stock Exchange of Thailand). Its portfolio comprises high-rise, low-rise and boutique condos.
